Dikh TV is Hungary's first thematic Roma entertainment channel.  The founders and creators of Dikh Tv want their programmes to reach a wide audience and their ambition is reflected in the channel’s slogan: “ About Roma people, not just for Roma people”. The programmes of Dikh TV have been broadcasted via cable since September 1, 2019 and are available in the portfolio of most Hungarian broadcasters – including MinDig TV, Digi, Telekom, UPC/Vodafone and Parisat –, reaching more than 2.5 million households.

The most popular shows of Dikh Tv include a make-a-wish show titled “Kívánságműsor – Mulatinasz” hosted by István Szilvási, and Romano Ritmo that covers musical success stories. The show titled “Nicsak ki beszél” is designed for children under 12, and Báró Show is a popular programme targeting young people. “Esteledik” is a programme that focuses on public affairs, and “Csilla Sóó” is designed for the fans of gastronomy. “Dumálj velem!” is a language programme that teaches Lovari language to viewers, and “Khelas – Táncolj” is Hungary’s first gypsy dance training show.
